Well, HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!!!

Can't believe I had to head into work today. They should have given us off just on principle. The Wall Street area is errie quiet. No street vendors or suits walking around. There's hardly any tourists as well.

Issame and I partied hard until about 12:05 a.m., then he crashed and I stayed up to watch a mediocre movie. We had done a Sopranos 3 episode marathon prior to the New Year countdown. So by the time midnight rolled around it was a "Happy 'Friggin' New Year!" that we shouted. I had gotten us Happy New year paper tiara's and bottle poppers.

In the morning when I walked into the living room there was confetti everywhere, our hats tossed randomly, an empty over turned soda bottle and my water had turned blue because some of the confetti had fallen into it. Well our living room looked like we had thrown a huge party and I had slept till noon--so we had a fun party.

I called my folks who were a bit pre-occupied watching their land turtles mate. Somebody got their groove on for the New Year!

Tonight, I'm heading over to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to see the El Greco exhibit before it ends on the 11th. I'm going to try to visit more museums in 2004. heck, it's what i got my degree in--I should make good use of it, eh?

Well, here's to another year passed, another awaiting us with great challenges. Here's to all you adventurers out there...CHEERS !!!
